What is the return policy?
We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a full refund:
- Mahjong tile sets must be returned unused, unopened, and sealed in their original shrink wrap.
- Mahjong mats and accessories must be unused and returned in their original condition.
Please note that the unopened requirement does not apply to items that are defective or damaged upon opening. If you discover a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We’ll work quickly to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Please note that preorder items will ship according to the estimated preorder date listed on the product page and reflected during checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and further delivery details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
